Terms.
Last updated October 11, 2026
These terms govern your use of getoutpaid.com (“Outpaid”), operated by Jordan Summers, Idaho, USA. By using Outpaid you agree to them. Questions: hello@getoutpaid.com.
Not legal, financial or career advice
Outpaid is an informational tool. Nothing on the site, including percentiles, “target numbers” and negotiation scripts, is legal, financial, tax, immigration or employment advice. Talk to a qualified professional before acting. You alone are responsible for decisions you make.
Data accuracy
Figures are computed from public U.S. Department of Labor LCA disclosure data (FY2026 Q3) and BLS OEWS estimates. LCA wages are the base wage offered on a filing, not actual pay, bonuses or equity. They cover only visa-sponsored positions, may contain filer errors, and may group or split employer names imperfectly. We provide the data “as is” without any warranty of accuracy, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose. The underlying filings are public. Outpaid does not allege that any employer acted improperly.
Acceptable use
- Don’t scrape or bulk-download the site beyond normal use, overload it, or try to break its security.
- Don’t use Outpaid to harass any person or to identify individual workers.
- Don’t misrepresent results as official government findings.
Paid features
Paid features (the Leverage Dossier and Outpaid Watch) may be offered through Stripe. Prices are shown before purchase. Subscriptions renew until you cancel, and you can cancel at any time effective at the end of the current period. Digital reports are delivered immediately. If a report fails to generate, email us for a refund.
Third parties
Referrals to attorneys or coaches are introductions only. Those professionals are independent, and Outpaid is not responsible for their services.
Intellectual property
Government data is public domain. The Outpaid name, logo, design and software belong to the operator. You may share your share cards freely.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Outpaid and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or $50 if you paid nothing).
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, USA. We may update them by posting a new version here.
